Understanding Your Apliiq Order Status

Apliiq Order Statuses & What They Mean

At Apliiq, we’re committed to providing transparency and real-time insights into your orders from start to finish.
Our order statuses are designed to give you a clear view of where your order is in the process—whether it's being reviewed, printed, packed, or shipped. To check the status of your order, simply log into your Apliiq account, navigate to the
Orders section, and click on the order number you'd like to view. Each status update provides helpful context so you always know what’s happening behind the scenes.

How to Check an Order Status

Simply navigate to your orders page, and browse through your orders list to locate the order in question.

How to Search for an order

For high volume accounts finding a specific order is super simple, use the order search field to search for your Apliiq Order Id or your Store order id to quickly locate an order.

Not seeing an order?

Make sure to adjust your order filters.  For example, if you are looking for an order from last year, make sure to select the year of the order in the filter.

As part of providing transparency for our partners, Apliiq also provides detailed order statuses so you can know exactly what is going on with each order

Order Status

Description

New

The order has been received and is awaiting processing.

Preparing To Release

Order details are being reviewed before entering the production queue. It may take a couple days to prepare all aspects of your order.

Ready To Release

The order has cleared initial checks and is ready to move into production. Orders will typically be released to production within a day, once they are ready to release.

In Production

The order is actively being created by the production team. Small orders are typically made and produced the same day they are released, larger orders may take a couple or few days in production.

Ready To Ship

Production is complete, and the order is being prepared for shipment. In this status the Apliiq team is reviewing the items within your order to ensure they meet our quality standards

On Hold

The order is paused due to an issue, such as artwork approval, missing info, or an issue with payment.

Payment Pending

Payment has not yet been completed; the order will not proceed until resolved. This status only applies to customers on terms.

Shipped

The order has been completed and handed off to the shipping carrier and tracking information will be posted to your order.


Preparing to release indicators

In addition to order status, Apliiq also provides a detailed breakdown for each part of your order, so you have a complete understanding of what is going on with your order.  The Apliiq team will work pro-actively to ensure each quality check is completed for your order, prior to production.  Once these indicators are all green, production on your order can begin.



This indicator tracks whether the garments have been secured for your order and checked for quality, prior to production.  

This indicator tracks if we have completed all artwork approvals for your order.

This indicator tracks if we have all necessary branding supplies to produce your products.
