Congratulations! We are excited you selected Apliiq and Wix to help launch and grow your clothing brand. This guide is designed to help you connect your Wix store to Apliiq, create products, publish them to your storefront, and start fulfilling customer orders on demand.
The Apliiq x Wix app helps automate the most common parts of running a print-on-demand clothing brand, including product syncing, order syncing, production, fulfillment, and tracking updates.
Before getting started, please make sure you have the following:
A Wix website with Wix Stores installed
This guide assumes that you already have a Wix website and that Wix Stores is installed. Wix Stores is required because it manages your products, checkout, payments, and orders.
An Apliiq account
You will need a free Apliiq account to design products, manage your saved designs, connect your store, and fulfill orders.
A credit or debit card
A payment method is required before Apliiq can begin processing dropshipping orders. Your card is only charged when an order is placed and sent to Apliiq for fulfillment. The payment method on your Apliiq account can also be used for sample orders or bulk orders placed directly on the Apliiq website.
Artwork for your products
To create products, you will need print-ready artwork for your designs. For best results, use high-quality files and review Apliiq’s artwork guidelines before publishing products to your store.
Install the Apliiq x Wix app
Install the Apliiq app for Wix and follow the prompts to connect your Wix store to your Apliiq account.
Log in or create your Apliiq account
If you already have an Apliiq account, log in using your existing account. If you are new to Apliiq, create a free account during setup.
Complete the Apliiq setup steps
After connecting your store, you may be asked to complete a few setup items inside Apliiq, including payment setup, shipping label information, and order processing preferences.
Add a payment method
A payment method is required to process dropshipping orders. When a customer places an order on your Wix store and the order is sent to Apliiq, Apliiq will charge your account for the product and shipping cost.
Customize your shipping label
You can customize the sender information that appears on your customer’s shipping label. This helps keep the customer experience branded to your business.
Review your order processing settings
We recommend using automatic order processing when you are ready to go live. With automatic processing, paid Wix orders for Apliiq products can be sent to Apliiq for fulfillment without additional manual steps.

To create products:
Log in to your Apliiq account.
Upload your artwork.
Select your customization options, such as print, embroidery, woven labels, patches, or other available branding options.
Select save design.
Once your product is saved, you can publish it to your Wix store using the"add to store" option available for your saved design.
Ordering samples is not required, but it is highly recommended.
Samples help you:
Review product quality
See the garment, artwork, and craftsmanship in person before selling the product to customers.
Confirm your artwork is production-ready
Some decoration methods, such as embroidery, may require small adjustments to make your artwork production-friendly.
Create better product photos
Digital mockups are helpful, but real product photos can make your Wix product pages more trustworthy and more compelling.
Improve customer support
Having the product in hand makes it easier to answer sizing, quality, and product detail questions from your customers.
To order a sample, add your saved design to your Apliiq cart and complete checkout.
After creating your saved designs in Apliiq, the next step is to add them to your Wix store.
When syncing products, review the following before publishing:
Product name
Use a clear product name that matches your brand and helps customers understand what they are buying.
Product description
Add a strong product description that includes fit, fabric, decoration method, and any important care instructions.
Product images
Use mockups or product photography that clearly shows the product. If you ordered samples, consider uploading your own photos, to your Wix product listing directly in your Wix store.
Retail price
Set a price that covers your Apliiq fulfillment cost, shipping strategy, Wix/store fees, marketing costs, and desired profit.
Variants
Review available sizes, colors, and any product options to make sure the listing is accurate in Wix.
Once your products are in Wix, visit your Wix dashboard and review each product before launching.
Great product pages help customers feel confident buying from your brand. Make sure each product page has:
A clear product title
A complete product description
High-quality product images
Accurate size and color options
A retail price that supports your margin
Shipping and return information that is clear to customers
Remember: great product images and descriptions sell products.
Before launching, review your Wix shipping settings.
We recommend setting up your Wix shipping rates so they align with the shipping costs you expect to be charged for Apliiq fulfillment. This helps you avoid losing money on shipping while keeping checkout simple for your customers.
There is no single right way to charge for shipping. Some brands charge customers the full shipping cost, some offer free shipping and build the cost into the product price, and others offer free shipping above a certain order value.
Choose the strategy that works best for your brand, then make sure your Wix shipping settings are configured before taking live orders.
Before announcing your store or sending traffic to your website, we recommend placing a test order from your Wix storefront.
A test order helps confirm that:
Your product is live on Wix.
Your checkout is working.
Your Wix order is marked as paid.
The order syncs to Apliiq.
Your fulfillment settings are working as expected.
For step-by-step instructions, see: How to Place a Test Order with Wix + Apliiq.
Important: Wix orders must be marked as paid before they are sent to Apliiq. If you are only testing, cancel the order afterward in Wix or in your Apliiq dashboard to prevent production.
Once your Wix store is connected and your products are synced, the normal order flow is:
A customer places an order on your Wix store.
The order is paid in Wix.
The order is sent to your Apliiq account.
Apliiq charges your payment method for fulfillment and shipping.
Apliiq produces and ships the order.
Tracking information is posted back to your Wix store and Wix notifies your customer.
This allows you to sell custom apparel through Wix without purchasing inventory upfront or shipping each order yourself.
Apliiq is built to help you create a real clothing brand, not just basic printed products.
Depending on the products and decoration options you choose, you may be able to add brand details such as:
Woven labels
Private labels
Embroidered patches
Custom neck labels
Branded packing options
Branding options can help your products feel more professional and retail-ready.
