We understand that plans can change. You may need to cancel an order because your timeline shifted, your design changed, or you simply decided not to move forward. When that happens, we want to be as helpful and accommodating as possible.
At the same time, our goal is to make and ship orders as quickly as we can. Once an order is placed, our team may move quickly to secure blank garments, review and approve artwork, prepare production files, and begin printing or embroidering your items.
Because of this, the amount we can refund depends on how far your order has moved through the production process.
If we have not yet ordered the base garments for your order, you may cancel the order directly from within your account.
In this stage, cancellations are no questions asked and eligible for a full refund.
Once we have ordered the garments needed for your order, we are no longer be able to fully cancel and refund it. At this point, you may abandon the order by contacting our customer service team at cs@apliiq.com.
If you abandon an order after garments have been ordered, you will receive:

Once your items have been printed or embroidered, they have been customized specifically for your order and cannot be reused for another customer.
