All sales are final, however, we understand that end customers may also cancel their orders & Apliiq will try to accommodate cancellations whenever we can, but they are solely at Apliiq's discretion.
You are able to cancel an order once it has been placed, as long as we haven't started making the order.
Please note, our teams will try to start working on orders as soon as possible, so if you know you need to cancel an order, do not delay.
Steps to cancel an order
- To cancel an order, go to your orders page.
- Locate the order you are looking to cancel. Tip: use the order search & filters to quickly locate the order.

- Click the drop down on the order and select "cancel order." If not cancel option is available, the order has been started and it's too late to cancel.

- Last step is to confirm order cancellation.
What happens after you cancel your order?
If you paid with credit card:
- Your order will be canceled within Apliiq and no order will be made and shipped.
- If you placed the order today, your payment will be voided and money will never leave your account.
- If you placed your order prior to today, a refund transaction will be created.
If you are a customer that is on terms:
- Your order will be canceled within Apliiq and no order will be made and shipped.
- Your invoice will be voided and not counted against your available credit.
