How Can I Cancel A Dropshipping Order?

How to cancel an order

All sales are final, however, we understand that end customers may also cancel their orders & Apliiq will try to accommodate cancellations whenever we can, but they are solely at Apliiq's discretion.

You are able to cancel an order once it has been placed, as long as we haven't started making the order.  If we have not begun production on the order, then it is possible to cancel the order yourself and be fully refunded for it. 

If, however, Apliiq has begun production on the order in question then you will not be able to cancel the order yourself.  Typically, it is too late to cancel an order and be fully refunded for it once the order status changes from "New" to "Preparing to Release" as that means Apliiq has sourced all of the garments needed for the order.

If you still need to cancel the order after Apliiq has begun production on it, please know that while it is possible to still do so it is just too late to be fully refunded for the order.  Apliiq is charged a 20% restocking fee to restock the base garments we source for our partners' orders and so we reserve the right to withhold a 15% restocking fee from any order that is canceled after production has started.

Steps to cancel an order

  1.  To cancel an order, go to your orders page.
  2.  Locate the order you are looking to cancel.  Tip: use the order search & filters to quickly locate the order. 


  3. Click the drop down on the order and select "cancel order." If not cancel option is available, the order has been started and it's too late to cancel.

  4. Last step is to confirm order cancellation.

What happens after you cancel your order?

If you paid with credit card:

  1. Your order will be canceled within Apliiq and no order will be made and shipped.
  2. If you placed the order today, your payment will be voided and money will never leave your account.
  3. If you placed your order prior to today, a refund transaction will be created.


If you are a customer that is on terms:

  1. Your order will be canceled within Apliiq and no order will be made and shipped.
  2. Your invoice will be voided and not counted against your available credit.
