During approval process a real human will review the artwork you have provided to ensure it will work for production.  Our artist team will make recommendations and request your approval on artwork.  Your products are ONLY routed through the approval process the first time they are purchased.  Once a product has already been purchased it will proceed directly to the production process.  Please note, providing "production ready" artwork will ensure the artwork approval process is rapid.  Conversely, if you provide artwork that is low resolution or doesn't follow our guidelines this step may take longer.

The production step is when you items are produced.  In order to begin production of your order all supplies required to complete the order must be at the factor location.  For example, if you have ordered woven labels and are awaiting them to be produced, your order will automatically be held prior to entering production.  Additionally, if for some reason we don't have a garment in stock, your order will be held until we have received all garments required to produce the order.  The great news is that orders are typically completed within a day or two of entering production.  Once an order is completed it will be shipped out and tracking will be sent to you via email and your online store.
