How To Create Listings In Your Etsy Store
Creating Listings Within Etsy Only Takes Minutes!
Using the Etsy X Apliiq app makes it super simple to create and synchronize saved designs within your Apliiq account to your Etsy store. By using the Apliiq X Etsy app, it will ensure that your listing are properly linked and that order processing will occur smooth and without issue.
Before you synchronize saved designs, Apliiq recommends setting up Shipping Profiles within your Etsy store, and familiarizing yourself with Etsy's catalog taxonomy.
How to Synchronize Saved Designs With Etsy Listings
Find a product you love
We recommend using the Apliiq product catalog to review products that you think will be a good fit for your Etsy store. Apliiq specializing in sourcing apparel products and some helpful sections of the catalog to checkout are;
Add your Design & Branding
Use Apliiq's online product customizer to upload your artwork and add branding elements to your saved design.
Sync Products To Your Etsy Store
To Sync products to your Etsy store, simply click the next button, and select the "add to store" option.
Follow the Prompts To Complete The Listing Setup
Select your Etsy Store
If you have more than one store linked to your Apliiq account, be sure to select your Etsy Store.
Select Etsy Shipping Profile
Once your Etsy Store is selected, you will be prompted to select a shipping profile for your item from your Etsy store. Your Etsy shipping profile will dictate how much you want to charge for shipping your items from your Etsy store.
Select Etsy Category
Etsy Categories are important because they help your products become more visible within the Etsy platform, and of course, more visibility leads to more sales!
Select Colors & Set Prices
Lastly, select up to 3 colors for your products and set the price you want to charge in Etsy for your products. You can add more colors to your listing, using the "add variations to existing product" tab.
Finish by selecting Create New Product
Click the big yellow button that says "create new product" to finish posting the listing to Etsy. Your listing will be posted as a DRAFT listing to Etsy, and you will need to go to Etsy to set your listing live. Up to 10 product images (Etsy's max allowable) will be sent with your listing.
