How To Prepare Artwork For Gang Sheet Printing

How Do Gang Sheets Work?
Gang sheets are a piece of open real estate for you to place your artwork. A single gang sheet is 12" x 22", so you can fill just about that entire space with artwork files that you want to print. Your artworks do not need to be the same, you are welcome to repeat the same smaller artwork file again and again, to create 20 or 30 of the same print. You can also combine different artworks of different shapes and sizes into a single sheet.
A few things to remember when setting up gang sheets
- Remember to leave space around each file so you can easily cut our each individual print.
- Different file layouts may make it easier (or more difficult) to cut out each individual artwork file.
- We recommend not leaving significant "open space" within your file, and to fill the gang sheet with as much artwork as possible. Any open space is another print you could add to the sheet.
- Changing the rotation or orientation of your artwork within the sheet may allow you to fit more prints.
File Requirements:
* 300 dpi at the size you want printed. For example, a 12" X 22" gang sheet is 3600px X 6600px.
* .PNG file
* Unlimited colors, set the color space of your file to RGB
* Gang Sheet template attached at the bottom of this help file.
* We recommend setting the gang sheet up in a vertical format as it will match the online customizer.
Color Requirements:
Apliiq will print your file as it is prepared. We make no guarantees in regards to the colors matching your computer screen or phone screen.
