Trouble Checking Out - Verification Failed Error Message

Verification Failed Error Message

These types of verification issues can occur during checkout or under the add payment method section of your account.

The verification failed error message is caused by a failure of Captcha.  We utilize Captcha on various areas of the website to enhance the overall website security.  However, from time to time Captcha will block real users unintentionally.  It means that the information you have submitted in your form maybe correct, but somehow your behavior on the website appears as suspicious.  This could occur if you attempt to process an order a few times in rapid succession or wait on the checkout page for too long, or if you wait to long while adding a payment method.  

Here are some common solutions;
  1. Go back to the Apliiq website by clicking on the home icon, then navigate back to your cart and try the checkout again.
  2. If you stepped away from your computer while checking out, try refreshing the page.
  3. Clear your browsers cache.  Please note if you clear your cache, your cart will be lost and you will have to add the items to your cart again.
