Recommendations to troubleshoot any issues you may experience;

1. Remove or deactivate all browser plugins.
   
2. Ensure Javascript is enabled for your browser
   
3. Ensure you are using the latest label locations, these may change over time.
   
4. Color ways that have specific patterns like camos or tie dyes are not currently supported.
   

If your mockups get hung up or take too long to process;

1. Toggle back and forth between design and mockup mode
2. Refresh the page and clear your browser cache.
   

If your artwork looks blurry within the mockup;

1. Ensure your artwork image is set to the proper size and resolution prior to uploading it. It should be 300 DPI at the size you want it printed.
   

If your label or patch isn't displaying or doesn't display correctly;

1. Please contact customer service, we may need to review your artwork files in our backend to ensure we have them setup correctly within your account.
