We recommend that you use .png or .jpg files when uploading your artwork to the website. Both of these files formats are web friendly and will work great with our online design experience.
Additionally, if you require transparency in your artwork so that the base garment will “show through” or be used as a background of your artwork, we recommend using a PNG file.
Vector files such as .ai from Illustrator or raster files such as .psd from Photoshop are also acceptable. Most graphic file types will work.
Your final artwork files should be a reasonable size (less than 12MB).
If you have text-only artwork, you can type into the product customizer on the website. You're also able to use any font on your computer or device by loading your font library.
