Does every order ship with custom packaging?
We strive to have the highest accuracy in fulfilling your orders, however, we cannot guarantee that your custom packaging and pack ins will be used in fulfilling your orders.
We consider packaging and pack ins to be non essential items for order fulfillment, so we will not wait or hold orders until your packaging or pack ins become available.
In some cases we may not receive your supplies in time for orders, or our shipping team may decide a different packaging option is better for a particular order. In either scenario, if we are not able to use your packaging you will not be billed a pick fee for that order. For more information please consult the Warehouse Terms & Conditions.
